Tor Eckhoff, also known as Apetor on YouTube, was a Norwegian YouTuber who gained popularity for his films in which he drank vodka while engaging in risky activities including ice skating, swimming in ice holes, and scuba diving on frozen lakes. Tor Eckhoff was born on November 22, 1964.
He passed away in 2021 while filming a movie west of Kongsberg, Norway, after slipping through the lake’s ice. He was employed by the chemical manufacturer Jotun in a paint facility in Sandefjord at the time of his death.
