Tom Stark, the company’s longtime president and owner, passed away unexpectedly on March 6, Arlington Industries stated.
Eugene Stark, Sr., his father, bought Arlington in 1949. After finishing from the University of Florida in 1975, Tom took the helm as the organization’s president.
Tom was born on November 9, 1953, in South Florida. He received his accounting degree from the University of Florida, where he also met his wife Betty (Elizabeth). His wife Betty, two daughters, Meredith (Camille) Oostwegel and Allison (Aaren), three grandchildren, Spencer, Winston, and Sawyer Oostwegel, as well as his siblings, Gene (Jean) Stark and Patricia Stark, succeed him.
