Scott E. Wicks has been identified as the guy from Buffalo Grove who died on Saturday when the motorbike he was operating crashed in southeast Wisconsin.
At the scene of the collision, which happened at around 3:30 p.m. near the town of Brighton, roughly 12 miles north of the Illinois border, Wicks, 54, was declared dead.

Wicks failed to navigate a curve on the slick road near 7th Street while driving a 2013 Harley Davidson, according to Kenosha County sheriff’s deputies, and he crashed into a ditch.
According to the authorities, a woman who was riding with him was transferred to a local hospital with injuries that weren’t life-threatening.
