Sabrina was born on May 11, 1999 in Leigh Valley, Pennsylvania to parents David and Elizabeth Carpenter. She has two siblings, both daughters, Shannon and Sarah, who is also an actress. In 2009, Sabrina made the top 3 of 10,000 people in the Miley Cyrus Are You A Star contest. The contest lasted for over a year with several videos and songs being posted for the contest.
Music and acting
At age 11, Sabrina got her first film role in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, a young victim being interviewed by Detective Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni). After her impressive performance on Law and Order, she was cast in a recurring role on the show. Goodwin games ; a fox production where she played the younger version of Chloe. At the Gold Mango Audience festival in China, she performed Etta James’ Something That Got a Grip of Me. Sabrina also appeared in the episode Austin & Ally, Austin & Ally: Moon Week & Mentors, as Lucy Gluckman, in September 2013.
She also featured in the movie Horns alongside Daniel Radcliffe. Later, in December 2015, she worked for Peter Pan and Tinker Bell: A Pirate’s Christmas movie where she portrayed herself as Wendy. She has also been involved in popular series such as Orange is the New Black, Austin and Ally, Radio Disney Family Vacation, Stroll Beyond, and Babysitting Adventures. Her latest acting project is Melissa Chase in Milo Murphy’s Law. In 2017, she introduced herself in Soy Luna.

When everyone thought she knew everything about her, Sabrina got into music and in 2014 her debut single titled I Can’t Blame A Girl For Trying was released. She has acted and featured in several popular songs, including Take the World, Come Out, and Do You Want to Build a Snowman?
On February 22, 2015, after much anticipation, Carpenter announced the title of his debut album, Eyes Wide Open, which entered the US Billboard 200 chart at number 43.
Sabrina Carpenter announced in August 2015 that she was working on producing a second album, and on November 5, 2015, she unveiled artwork for her new single, Christmas All Year Round, which was released a week later.
She announced via social media that a new single, Smoke and Fire, would be released on February 19, 2016. On July 29, 2016, Carpenter released Express, the lead single from her second album. On September 3, 2016, Carpenter announced that the name of the album would be called Evolution and announced their first tour – The Evolution Tour. In 2017, Sabrina recorded the theme song for the Andi Mack series, titled Tomorrow Begins Today.

Sabrina was born to David and Elizabeth Carpenter, and she has two sisters, Shannon Carpenter (born August 30, 1994) and Sarah Carpenter (October 10, 1996), as well as a half-sister named Cayla, a freelance makeup artist and hairstylist. Sarah is an aspiring actress and has appeared as a background character in several episodes of Girl Meets World. She also runs a Tumblr blog called papergirlsinpapertowns.
