Young LGBTQ Grenadan singer and model Josiah “Jonty” Robinson. He officially declared himself to be gay and a part of the LGBTQ Community.
Josiah Jonty Robinson’s body was discovered on BBC Beach earlier today, and authorities are now investigating the incident.
He has been vocal in recent years about the homophobic assaults and attacks he endured in Grenada merely for coming out as gay. He spent the majority of his adult life being terrified.
Because Jonty was loyal to himself, he always greeted people with a modest smile. Tragically, he didn’t even know it would be his last song when he sang it at Plywood on Saturday.
