According to Chesapeake Police, a missing man was discovered deceased in Norfolk on Sunday afternoon.
Vaughn Parker Jr., 43, was last seen by his wife at 2:15 on Saturday morning, according to Chesapeake police.
The couple’s 2022 Nissan Rogue, which was seen on a license plate reader near Water St. in Norfolk shortly before 3 a.m., was used by Parker to leave his residence alone, according to authorities.
According to authorities, the car was discovered at Norfolk’s Harbor Park, and a pair of shoes were discovered nearby.

According to Chesapeake Police, the Norfolk Police Department is looking into Parker’s death.
