Tavon Jay Mckoy has been confirmed by investigators as the Virginia kid who was discovered dead on Halloween.According to the Gloucester Sheriff’s Office, McKoy, 18, of Fairfax, Virginia, was discovered dead on Providence Road in Gloucester County on Monday, October 31, 2022, at at 4:22 p.m.Three hours or more are needed to travel from Fairfax to Gloucester.According to a Gloucester Sheriff’s spokesperson, “it was found that the victim had been slain at another site and his body had been left at this spot.” “A homicide verdict was reached in the victim’s death.”Gloucester investigators were capable of identifying McKoy as the victim because tattoos discovered on the body resembled those of a missing person in Fairfax.“There is an ongoing criminal inquiry into Mr. McKoy’s homicide. Investigators from the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office are collaborating closely with the Fairfax County Police Department and a number of other criminal justice organizations in northern Virginia, including our counterparts from federal law enforcement “The spokesperson kept talking.
