Kristijan Jaki, a professional football player from Croatia who represents both his country and Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt as a defensive midfielder, was born on May 14, 1997.
Dinamo Zagreb signed Jakić from Lokomotiva for €1.2 million on 24 July 2020. He made his Dinamo debut on 12 September in a 2-1 victory over Hajduk Split. On 20 July 2021, he assisted Lovro Majer and scored himself as Dinamo won 2-0 against Omonia.
Jakić joined Eintracht Frankfurt on loan in September with an option to buy at the end of the season. Jakić helped the club reach the Europa League final unbeaten, eliminating Barcelona in the process and defeating Rangers on penalties after a 5-4 aggregate defeat.
On September 20, 2021, coach Zlatko Dali gave Jaki his first call-up to the Croatian national team in preparation for the October World Cup qualifiers against Slovakia and Cyprus. On October 8 against the previous foe, he made his debut, entering the game as a replacement in the 84th minute of the team’s 3-0 victory.
