Jace Hochstetler and Elizabeth Simpson,identified as the victims in a triple-fatal vehicle crash in Maricopa County.

The two other people killed in the Sunday morning car crash in Maricopa County have been identified as Jace Hochstetler and Elizabeth Simpson, both of Glendale, Arizona.

On Sunday night, a car incident in Peoria claimed the lives of two adults, Hochstetler, 31, and Simpson, 36. The crash also claimed the life of a teenager and left several children in critical condition.

Around 9 o’clock on Sunday evening, a Jeep SUV collided with the Mazda van that Simpson was driving on North 107th Avenue in Peoria, near West Lone Cactus Drive.

Both Simpson and Hochstetler were found dead at the site from what appeared to be blunt force trauma.

A 14-year-old passenger in the Mazda was taken to a local hospital, but she eventually died from her injuries.

Two of the three youngsters who were passengers in the Mazda were sent to the hospital with serious injuries.

The Jeep driver, who may be charged with DUI, walked away from the collision unharmed.

There has been no conclusion reached as to what led to the crash.
