Mzbel, a successful Ghanaian musician and business owner, has denied rumors that she was defiled.
This statement was made by Mzbel in response to Afia Schwarzenegger’s claim that she and Mzbel had conspired to bring shame upon the man of God.

According to an Instagram post by Mzbel, she decided to leave the ICGC after learning about certain “weird church practices” once she became a member. She felt she needed to learn more about the process because she was curious about it.

She further clarified that Josh Laryea was not expelled from the church because of the rumors that he defiled her, but rather three years after she left.
