Early life
Jschlatt was born Johnathan Schlatt on 10 September 1999 (age 22) in New York City, United States. He grew up in New York City and attended local schools. However, Jschlatt’s background is still a mystery, especially on the identities of his parents and siblings.
Jschlatt grew up an orchestra kid. He played the cello while in middle and high school. After graduating from high school, Jschlatt joined college to study computer science and cybersecurity. Unfortunately, he dropped out of college in 2019 and chose a different career path.
According to Jschlatt, his decision to drop out of college left him with almost $100,000 in student loans. However, the YouTuber also hinted that he went to Harvard and completed all four years of study.
Professional career
Jschlatt once worked as a delicatessen in New York before he became a streamer.
Schlatt opened his YouTube channel, JschlattLIVE, in 2013. However, he waited a year to upload his first video on 5 June 2014.
The video’s title was Good Boys Eats Food, gaining 1.1 million views as of March 2022. Jschlatt then uploaded MLG and meme related content on his YouTube channel as he grew his subscribers.
In February 2018, Jschlatt released a video titled Elon, are u OK. Many people received the video positively and amassed over 26 million views.
Wife and children
Jschlatt is not married and does not have children.
Furthermore, the YouTuber and podcaster is not dating anyone in 2022. But in 2021, rumours emerged that he was dating famous Irish influencer Minx.
On 1 April 2021, Minx posted on her Twitter account saying that people don’t realize me and Schlatt have been dating the whole time. While her followers had different reactions, she quickly downplayed her previous tweet by suggesting that it was April fool’s day.
