The victim of a brutal beating, Paradise Weed, has passed away. A second-degree murder charge has been upgraded against Brandon Lindsey.
The victim is still in critical condition after being taken to a local hospital.
On March 3, Lindsey was discovered and taken into custody on a single case of attempted second-degree murder as well as several other outstanding arrest warrants.
