Hayden Travis Eller has been confirmed died in a Car Accident
The pedestrian was hit by a 2012 Ford Fusion, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, as it was driving west on Highway 421.
Hayden Travis Eller, a pedestrian from Ferguson, passed away at the scene from his injuries.
The Ford Fusion’s 32-year-old Clemmons resident driver was unharmed.
The troopers expect no charges.
