Giselle Roux is the wife of Michel Roux Jr., an English-French two Michelin starred chef and owner of the London restaurant Le Gavroche.
Giselle was born and raised in the Ardèche in southern France and has worked in the restaurant business for many years.
Giselle presently works alongside her husband, Michel Roux Jr, as the secretary at Le Gavroche restaurant in London. The couple have a daughter, Emily, who is training to be a chef.
Giselle’s husband is also a food consultant to the Walbrook club since 2003, and he also consults for the fine dining providers Restaurant Associates.
