Erin Kelly Dies in Erin New England Rally Accident, Co-Driver

A car fire was caused by a collision between two trucks on Friday, injuring a guy from Rochester.

First responders were summoned to the intersection of U.S. 31 and W. 3rd Street around 9 a.m. on reports of a two-vehicle crash with one on fire, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.

A 27-year-old Rochester man was driving a Ford vehicle west on Third Street when he went into the median, according to the preliminary accident report. A 20-year-old Indianapolis resident was operating a Chevrolet truck when the man started to cross the southbound lanes. The Ford was knocked over and rolled down an embankment several times before catching fire.
