Dr. Lauren Little, MD – Atlanta, GA

Dr. Lauren M Little was born and raised near Boulder, Colorado. She completed her undergraduate education at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA/BS in anthropology and biomedical sciences. After receiving her medical degree at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Memorial Health University Medical Center/Mercer University in Savannah, Ga. During her residency, she served as the Administrative Chief Resident for the hospital and received recognition from the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine for her work in obstetrics.

During her training, Dr. Little became involved in Junior Fellow leadership for ACOG (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology), holding the title of Georgia Section Vice Chair. She has been involved in lobbying for maternal health at the state and national level. She has publications on topics involving enhanced recovery at the time of cesarean sections and on placental pathology related to preeclampsia.

Dr. Little has a broad interest in general ob-gyn, and is especially passionate in fostering long term relationships with her patients.

She resides in Buckhead with her fiance and english cocker spaniel puppy. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cycling, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
