Dr. Brian Lynch is a Long Island native and excited to return to Stony Brook Orthopaedics where he trained as a resident and served as academic chief. Dr. Lynch is a fellowship-trained pediatric orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in a wide range of complex pediatric conditions including hip dysplasia and preservation, complex spine deformity, hemi-vertebra resection, spina bifida care, cerebral palsy, limb length deficiency, limb deformity and complex trauma. His expertise spans operative and non-operative management of these conditions. In addition he has trained in growth-friendly spine surgeries including vertebral body tethering, shilla procedure and MAGEC growing rods. He is looking forward to the privilege of treating your child as if they were his own.
