Brother Donald Jaylen Scott Jr., a senior from Blythewood, South Carolina, was very involved in the activities of the Psi Kappa chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
According to his friends, he was a young guy who put a lot of effort into everything he did, especially his fraternity.
