The Allegheny County medical examiner reports that a fatal crash on Sunday morning closed off a section of the Parkway North.
The crash that killed Derwin Raheem Milligan, 34, of Wexford happened in Franklin Park, Pennsylvania, on the northbound lanes where Parkway North meets Interstate 79.
Several hours of traffic closures near the Camp Horne exit have been lifted.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
