Christopher Pittman, a student at the Rochester Institute of Technology, has sadly passed away at the age of 20, leaving behind his family and loved ones in shock.
The news of his death was announced on various Facebook publications on April 5th, 2023, but the cause of his death has not been made public at the time of writing.
Who is Christopher Pittman’s?
Christopher Pittman was born on March 30, 2003, in Flemington, New Jersey. He grew up in the Pittstown neighborhood of Union Township and attended North Hunterdon High School, graduating in 2021. Christopher enrolled in the Rochester Institute of Technology to earn a Bachelor of Science in Web Design.
His interests included rock climbing, and he often spent time with his friends and brother at the Gravity Vault in Flemington or the Red Barn at RIT to work on challenging boulder problems.
He was known for his generosity and acute understanding of the needs of his community, and he maintained an optimistic outlook on life despite everything.

Christopher will always be remembered for his captivating personality and equally charming heart.
He is survived by his parents, Michaela and Michael Pittman, his brother and best friend Nicholas Pittman, grandmothers Iva Panos and Sylvia Boccassini, aunt and uncle Monica and Alan Pittman, cousin Nicole Knowles-Baffone, and numerous other relatives and friends. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Theodor John Panos and Alphonso Homer Pittman.
Relatives and friends will pay their respects on April 8th, 2023, with words of remembrance starting at 1 pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ 08809.
